Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, we do not require a deposit, but full payment will be due ONE WEEK before your pickup or delivery date. If you are placing an order with 5-7 days notice, full payment will be due within 24 hours of placing your order. If you miss your payment deadline, your invoice will be voided. NO CASH OR CHECK.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once you order has been paid for, no major changes can be made to your order.

Do you offer refunds?

After your payment has been sent, you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund. After this time, it is very like that supplies and/or ingredients have been purchased for your order, and a refund will not be issued. In the rare and unlikely event that we have to cancel, you will be issued a full refund. A refund will not be issued in the event that you fail to pickup the product(s) you have ordered.

Do you offer nut free, gluten free, dairy free, or vegan items?

No, we do not offer any of the items listed above. We can not guarantee any of our menu items to be free from the allergens listed above, or safe for consumption by those who have any sort of food allergy, food intolerance, or dietary restriction. All items are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services, or Harris County Public Health.

Please be aware that Flour Gals Bakery is not liable for any damage done to your order once it has been delivered or picked up.
